EXTREME ONE ECONOMY — a second line of our products is coming to the market soon. From the very beginning we have focused on modern solutions and we want to set the direction for the development of baitboat electronics. Today we can say we are the leader in bringing modern technology to this industry, and thanks to RadioMaster and the capabilities of the AX12 radio we can take another big step.

This is how the new EXTREME ONE ECONOMY line is being created

The new line is meant to be more affordable, while still being based on our electronics, our software and — above all — on a Polish autopilot and Polish engineering.

The heart of the system: a completely new autopilot

The heart of the system will be a completely new autopilot, designed from scratch and integrated directly into the main board together with the H-bridge. We are not adapting yet another off-the-shelf Chinese autopilot — this is our own solution, built from the ground up specifically for baitboats.

What does this mean in practice?

Even if you already own a “Chinese” baitboat and want to give it a second life, we can remove practically all of the factory electronics. The motors, lights and mechanics stay. We install our board with the autopilot, configure the system — and it is ready.

This approach means less unnecessary electronics, less wiring and fewer potential points of failure — while giving you access to a system that we design, manufacture and develop ourselves, including software updates.

An affordable fishfinder integrated with the RadioMaster AX12

Extreme One Economy will also offer an affordable fishfinder integrated with the RadioMaster AX12. It will not compete with our S300 in terms of the amount of information displayed — the S300 will show roughly 3 times more data — but Economy is meant to be simpler, cheaper and, above all, to show a true picture of what is under the boat.

In terms of imaging we are aiming slightly above Vexilar-class solutions, while keeping the operation simple. The affordable fishfinder will also work with Skydroid, while our more advanced S300 will remain exclusive to the Premium line and will not be compatible with the Economy system.

I have carried out very detailed analyses of practically all the popular fishfinders on the market, and I will say just this: not everything that looks like a fish on the screen was actually detected as a fish. Some devices interpret the data very heavily — I will explain what a fishfinder really measures and what is “drawn in” by the software in a separate video, now that I am back from vacation.

Our priority is showing the data honestly: what you see on the screen should match what is really happening under the water. If you need the maximum amount of information — bathymetry, scan recording and a full picture of fish and the bottom — the S300 in the Premium system remains the right choice.

EXTREME ONE PREMIUM + SKYDROID — nothing changes

At the same time, nothing changes for our main line: EXTREME ONE PREMIUM + SKYDROID remains our top priority. That is where we will keep putting the greatest emphasis on further development of the app, the autopilot, the sonar, new features and the whole ecosystem.

Economy is meant to be simpler and cheaper, but still modern and functional. One of the main limitations compared to Premium will be the lack of camera support. Thanks to the RadioMaster AX12 we can now create a second, more affordable line without giving up the direction we chose from the start — modern technology, integration and our own solutions.

Economy or Premium — which one to choose?

Economy will be a good choice if you are looking for a modern GPS autopilot at a reasonable price, want to give a second life to a boat you already own, or simply do not need a camera and the most advanced sonar. Premium is for those who want the full ecosystem: the Skydroid ALL IN ONE console, the S300 sonar, a camera, bathymetry and all the features of the EXTREME ONE app. Both lines share the same core — Polish electronics, Polish software and full manufacturer support.
